If you are an enrolled student or member of teaching staff and are unable to log in you should consult the
IT Helpdesk at your home campus who will be able to assist you.
Message for Students
- If you can login and the timetable is not showing, your timetable is probably currently being updated. If you wish to check on the progress of your timetable update please contact your Undergraduate/Postgraduate Office or Moorgate Hub.
- If you cannot login, please register for our fastpass service. Once registered please change your password from the menu to the left, then answer the questions to authenticate and change your password. Once this has been done you will be able to access your timetable as normal.
- If you cannot register on FastPass please do not raise a call but phone the IT Service Desk on x4444 for a password reset.
Please note that timetable information is provisional until the start of the semester and on occasions
rooms and/or times may have to be modified.
